At FDD we offer a high quality, low cost investment dealing and administration service. Our service is specifically tailored for those who seek to make their own choices without any third party advice. Please note that Financial Discounts Direct does not assess the appropriateness of the products we offer for clients and therefore clients do not benefit from the protection of the rules on assessing appropriateness.
Our aim is to help you choose a better investment at a low cost. We have a simple tiered annual Service Charge and no upfront costs. In addition we provide a range of tools and information to help you construct and manage your portfolio.
Our First class Funds List filters down the more than 3,500 funds available to a more manageable number of around 130.
Membership of our Premier Club, available for free to all clients on the Aegon platform, provides a six monthly overview of your investments.
You can search and compare all the funds using our Fund Hub interactive facility.
Our Knowledge Centre provides useful calculators to work out what you need to save or for how long, as well as investment guides and videos from fund managers. We also have a growing list of tutorials, showing you how to make the most of the facilities on the website.
You can set up online access to your portfolio through our bespoke Aegon Portal.
Not only can you see the value of your investments whenever you want, you can also make new investments or switch funds, free of charge, at any time. You will also get access to a full transaction history of your portfolio, including details of income payments to you and copies of important correspondence from Aegon.

Charges
We operate a tiered charging schedule and our current maximum annual charge (including the Aegon Platform Charge) for managing your portfolio is 0.65%. Fund Manager charges will vary from fund to fund. More information can be found on our charges page.
